I am trying to move down a weight division. I am wondering what is the best way to do so. Should I be doing alot of long distance running and skipping or should I be doing intense circuit type training. I am also dieting keeping it nice and simple eating 6 smaller meals per day high protein low carb diet.

What is your walk around weight? what division do you want to fight in? Yes diet is key along with shorter but more intense training circuits. Tell me more and I can help you more.

I'm sitting at around 73kg and would like to get down to 67kg. Last year I was fighting in the 71kg division but usually weighed in under and around 69kg.

cycling your carbs will help as will eating smaller more frequent meals. Interval and tabata conditioning workouts will get that weight off fast along with eliminating sugars, processed foods, breads, white pastas, rice etc.
